Your immune system protects your body from germs such as bacteria, viruses, fungi and toxins. The extent to which our bodies can ward off sickness is dependent upon how strong our immune system is.

- Vitamin C is a water-soluble vaitamin and is therefore not stored in the body.
- Nature's Answer Vitamin D3
- Vitamin D aids in the absorption on calcium
- Nature's Answer, Liquid Magnesium Malate and Glycinate
- Magnesium helps to activate Vitamin D
Some Plant-based Food Sources:
Vitamin C - camu camu (highest natural source; 40 times higher than that found in oranges), blackcurrants, sweet peppers, oranges, kiwi, strawberries, kale, broccoli, and cabbage.
Magnesium - Pumpkin seeds, almonds, black beans, and steamed spinach.
