Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients:


2 cups cooked black beans

1⁄2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt

1 tablespoon carob powder

4 tablespoons honey/sweetener

1/4 teaspoon cardamom

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons sesame seeds

1 cup organic plant milk/water

1 cup cashew nuts

12 walnut halves


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Lightly grease a brownie pan with olive oil and set aside.

  3. In a high-speed blender combine all ingredients except walnuts.

  4. Blend until smooth, add a little water if necessary.

  5. Pour the ingredients into prepared pan.

  6. Place the walnut halves on top.

  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool fully before cutting into squares.
