Ingredients:
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup pre-baked oat flour
1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp kelp powder
1 tsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pink Himalayan salt
Add-ins
1/3 cup onion
2 scallion stalks
½ cup chopped sweet pepper
Wet Ingredients:
1 ¼ cup water
Directions:
Combine
Bake @ 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes then flip and bake for another 10 minutes
